Timing is key to the best results:
- Apply after the forsythia has bloomed or when dandelions are visible, but have not developed their seed heads or puffballs.
- Apply when the grass is damp from dew, rain or watering and the wind is calm. The granules need to stick to the leaves of broadleaf weeds.
- Delay watering or disturbing the lawn until 24 hours after application.
- Do not mow for 3 days after application.
